What I’ve accomplished today so far

(and it’s barely 10AM!)

Experienced the pure bliss that is pulling on a pair of jeans directly from the dryer on a chilly morning. (Just don’t burn your stomach with the hot snap!)

Contemplated the science needed to breed a completely transparent cat. Not just the outers, seeing kitty guts would be a bit disturbing, but anyone with “helpful” cats when doing things at the computer will understand. (typed while looking past a pair of pointy ears)

Distracted Luci from eating a bug by flicking a long bit of yoga mat foam at her to play with, realized it looked a bit like a whip and stared to hum the Indiana Jones theme while she jumped around.

Had coffee.

Checked twitter and other blogs. (obsessively checked the tracking for my BPAL order)

Looked guiltily at pile of dishes in the sink.

Now it’s nearing 10 and time to meetup (online) with my writing partner for our hour of getting things done on Five Corners.

Day off tomorrow

All sorts of things I need to get done tomorrow. Reading I want to finish, writing that absolutely has to be done, and some general cleaning around the house.

This isn’t a very interesting entry so one of my goals for tomorrow will be coming up with some kind of theme I can stick to that’ll make BEDA feel more productive and fun. Not to mention making this a much more interesting read.

As for now, I am sinusy and sleepy so off to bed I go!

No foolin’

I’m hoping on the Blog Every Day in April bandwagon driven by one of my favorite authors, Maureen Johnson and her hamster horde.

So here we are, moving things over to wordpress. I’m hoping to figure out how to post to LJ simultaneously.

Yeah, it’s a little odd to start out on April Fool’s day, but I’m all kinds of foolish to begin with.
